It has three campuses in mumbai and one is out of mumbai. These three campuses are Kalina Campus, Thane Sub Campus and Fort Campus.
Kalina Campus
Kalina Campus is in suburban Mumbai which has the campus area in 230 acres. Only science, technology, commerce, and humanities department courses are offering here. It has the library know as jawaharlal nehru library. It has a Examination House Which is also known as Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Bhavan. It also has MAST FM, campus radio station ate the frequency of 107.8 MHZ.

Thane Campus
The thane campus was founded in 2014 and the campus area in 6 acres. It working as administrative offices, School of Law, University of Mumbai and also provide management courses.
Fort Campus
Fort campus was founded in 1857 and fort campus is only for administration work. It is situated near southern end of Mumbai island. Campus area of fort campus is 13 acres. There are 354 affiliated colleges, and 36 departments.
Ratnagiri Campus
It is located in out of the Mumbai. It is in the town of Ratnagiri.
